If we fail to pass your prop firm challenge within the agreed-upon timeframe (typically 15-30 days depending on the account size and firm rules), you are eligible for a full refund or a free retry. For our Funded Account Management Service, refunds are processed if we fail to generate any profits within the first 30 days of management, subject to our terms and conditions.

Service Conditions

To qualify for our services, you must provide valid prop firm account credentials that comply with the firm’s terms of service. Our Forex Account Management team requires read-only or trading access as specified. You must not interfere with our trading activities during the service period. Any unauthorized changes to account settings, risk parameters, or manual trades placed by the client will void the service agreement and refund eligibility.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
(1) The client changes the account password or revokes access during the service period.
(2) The prop firm changes its rules or terms mid-challenge, making the original agreement void.
(3) The client places manual trades that interfere with our strategy.
(4) Force majeure events such as broker outages, platform failures, or extreme market conditions beyond our control.
(5) Requests made after the service has been successfully completed and the account has been passed.
